SRCSS-VUI is a version of SRCSS which runs within any HTML5-compatible browser as a virtual application.  Almost every major browser available today can do this (Chrome, MS-Edge, FireFox, Safari, etc.) The software is hosted on a resort-based server.

To utilize SRCSS-VUI you will need:

1. A server based at the resort.

2. Any device (computer, notebook, tablet, even a Raspberry Pi) that has an HTML-5 compatible browser, a keyboard, a mouse, and either a wired or wireless network connection.

 3.  Printers (for tickets, id cards, pages, and so on) which are networkable using a built-in or external print server.

SRONLINE is a VUI application that looks and acts like a website however, traditional website applications are "stand-alone" and do not interact directly with a ski resort's main POS and information systems.

SRONLINE is a VUI application that interacts directly, in real time, with the resort's information system, in this case, SRCSS or SRCSS-VUI.

Three examples that demonstrate how SRONLINE is a game-changer
for the snow industry.

EXAMPLE #1 - Photos

A customer uploads a picture on the website to be used for a membership pass. Traditionally, the resort then has to download that image and copy it into the membership record for the customer.

In SRONLINE, the image is loaded directly into the customer membership record. 

There is no download required.

The database was already updated in real time.

EXAMPLE #2 - Lift Tickets

A customer purchases a lift ticket online, which does not become available for redemption at the resort until the next download cycle is complete (usually the next day).

In SRONLINE, the ticket is available for redemption at the resort the moment it is paid for.

The customer can head inside to a self-serve kiosk, enter or scan their code and print their lift ticket immediately and hit the slopes.

EXAMPLE # 3 - Waivers

A customer digitally signs a waiver online on the website. The waiver is then available for filing once it is downloaded during the next download cycle (usually the next day).

In SRONLINE, the waiver is immediately downloaded, an image of it is permanently filed, and the waiver process is complete.
